🎯 What You'll Be Doing:

🤝 Providing tailored 1:1 and group support to students
👩‍🏫 Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
📈 Monitoring and reporting on student progress
🌈 Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
📝 Supporting the development of EHCPs
✅ What We're Looking For:

📚 Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
🏥 Experience working in a healthcare/care worker environment
💡 Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies
🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
❤️ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
🎓 Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
