Long Term Futures are recruiting a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a secondary school in Enfield, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants looking to take the next step in their career within secondary education. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, delivering interventions and working more independently within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
Deliver small-group interventions and targeted support sessions
Provide in-class support and assist with lesson delivery
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams
Support students with additional learning or behavioural needs
Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working as a TA or LSA in a secondary school
Confidence stepping into a more advanced support role
A proactive, organised and adaptable approach
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential) Location & Transport - Enfield, North London
