Quantity Surveyor

An award winning and well respected multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to add a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their team in Oxford.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Quantity Surveyor will be working on primarily Education and Leisure projects, their projects are based in Oxford and across the M4 corridor including Reading, Bristol, Swindon and Windsor.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Public sector experience would be ideal
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Good pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£50,000 - £60,000
