Our Client is seeking a full time, permanent Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their established and growing business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a busy sales team. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the sales team with preparing proposals and quotes.
* Updating and maintaining CRM records.
* Managing shared inboxes, respond to general enquiries and route opportunities appropriately.
* Assisting with event logistics both in the UK and overseas.
* Assisting with planning and delivering marketing campaigns (email, social media and events).
* Creating and scheduling content for social media.
* Supporting with website updates and content creation.
* Helping organise marketing materials such as brochures, case studies and events.
The Candidate
The ideal Sales & Marketing Assistant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
Essential:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-player with a proactive attitude.
Desirable:
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing tools).
* Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Express).
* Previous experience (from internship level) in a sales or marketing role / team.
