Our client is an established and highly regarded structural engineering consultancy on the South Coast who are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its Shoreham office-offering an exceptional long-term career opportunity with real scope for progression and influence.
This is an ideal role for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving complex structural challenges and building strong relationships with architects, contractors and local authorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of a well-respected practice, applying both technical expertise and commercial insight across a diverse portfolio of projects.
The position offers exposure to a wide variety of work, from bespoke residential design and listed building inspections to a broad mix of commercial schemes, typically up to £5m in value. With no two projects the same, the role provides genuine variety and the chance to take ownership of both design and client engagement.

Applicants should have strong experience in structural design within a consultancy environment and be confident leading projects and supporting junior engineers. Chartered status is advantageous but not essential.
