Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a groundworks project in Barking, East London. This is an opportunity for a 24-week programme, with potential for further work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising day-to-day site operations on a groundworks project
* Managing site teams
* Ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to specification
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Liaising with site management and reporting progress
Requirements:
* Valid Gold CSCS Card
* SSSTS or SMSTS Certification
* Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS)
* Site Management Environmental Training Scheme (SMETS)
* CIRIA Environmental Good Practice on Site
* First Aid at Work (3-day) or Emergency First Aid (1-day)
* Proven experience supervising groundworks projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
