About the Role

We’re looking for a Site Engineer to join a growing team working across civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on the water industry. This Site Engineer role will involve setting-out, surveying, and supporting the successful delivery of works on site.

As a Site Engineer, you’ll work closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety across all stages of construction. This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer who enjoys being fully involved in practical site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, you will:

Carry out setting-out, alignment, and levels checks using Total Station and GPS
Produce as-built surveys and QA records to support project delivery
Provide technical input and support to site operations as a Site Engineer
Work closely with subcontractors and engineers to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Assist with communication between site teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this Site Engineer role, you will have:

Experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Qualifications needed: HND or HNC / Civil Engineering Technician Level 4, with CAD and BIM proficiency.
Strong setting-out and surveying experience using Total Station and GPS
Knowledge of drainage, earthworks, and general civils
Confidence working independently as a Site Engineer on site
A CSCS card and full UK driving licence
