As a Multi-Skilled Craftsperson, you’ll work hands-on with electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery for our customers.
What you'll Do
Install, joint, and terminate LV and HV cables to the highest standards.
Maintain and inspect substations, switchgear, and transformers.
Carry out fault-finding and minor repairs, providing accurate reports and photographic evidence.
Follow strict Health & Safety processes, including risk assessments and site inductions.
Liaise with customers to minimise disruption and ensure smooth project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience with LV and HV electrical systems, including jointing and fitting.
City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification, plus a recognised Craft Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3.
Competent person authorisations for working on sites and substations.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
Full UK driving licence (Category B + E essential).
Additional certifications such as PASMA, IPAF, CITB, ECS, Confined Space, and NRSWA accreditation are highly desirable.
