PRODUCTION OPERATOR

£25500 plus 20% shift allowance £30600

RSW are looking for Production Operatives for their client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge. Excellent progression opportunities available.

Main Purpose of Role
Contribute to the assembly of products throughout the production area, ensuring they meet customer requirements. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Adhere to Standard Working Procedures
Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices
Undertake necessary actvities to ensure work place organisation
Achieve expected output and quality targets
Adhere to ESD procedures at all times
Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area
Train to work in line with IPC standards (soldering)
Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Any other duties deemed necessary

Person Specification
Adequate numeracy and literacy skills
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Previous electronic manufacturing experience would be an advantage

Salary
£25500k plus 20% shift allowance = £30600
Pension, cashplan healthcare and Death in Service 6x salary.

Working Hours:
The working pattern is
5.48am until 2pm Monday to Friday
12.45pm until 11pm Monday to Thursday
