    Quality Assurance Engineer
    Location can be either Oldmeldrum, Aberdeen or Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

    The Role:
    As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Quality Assurance Standards within the company whilst promoting a positive quality culture.
    You will be instrumental in implementing, maintaining and continually improving an effective Quality Management System inclusive of Quality policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance with respective ISO Management System Standards such as ISO 9001.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:
    Administer Quality Operational Systems:
    Assist with the implementation of Energy Services Quality Management System.
    Maintain, Support and Continually Improve Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001.
    Drive implementation of Quality Strategy and objectives to achieve intended outcomes.QMS Documented Information:

    Review, write and maintain QMS Documented Processes, Procedures and Polices.
    Review and maintain the Management of Change Process.
    Control and maintain documented records and provide support.
    Assist in the coordination and investigation of corrective / preventive actions and product / process non-conformances.Quality Training:
    Deliver workforce training, communications and group initiatives.
    Assist with competence assessments as applicable.

    Inspections and Audits:
    Conduct Quality Internal / External Audit schedule.
    Conduct Quality Inspections and follow up actions as applicable.
    Incident Management:
    Assist and participate in investigating Quality Incidents and share learnings.
    Coordinate corrective and preventive actions ensuring root cause is established.

    Support and Compliance:
    Implement Quality support activities and initiatives as requested.
    Support the evaluation and re-evaluation of suppliers and contractors ensuring assessments are completed.
    The successful person will fully support and participate in any HSE objectives and campaigns as applicable.

    Who are we looking for?
    You will be self-starter the role requires a proactive individual, who can take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision with the ability to identify and address Quality issues before they escalate as this is crucial.
    Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the job are essential and the role holder must be diligent in coordinating quality, managing data, and ensuring compliance with all Quality Processes.
    The ability to communicate Quality Management and best practices at all levels nationally and internationally.
    Be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.

    Qualifications & Experience:
    You ideally will have specialised training in quality management along with experience with Quality Management Systems, Auditing, and Quality Incident investigation is highly as this would be highly desirable.
    ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training.
    Recognised qualification in Quality Management.
    Demonstrable knowledge and experience of implementing and managing Quality Management Systems.
    Quality Assurance experience in a complex international environment
    Excellent IT skills using MS Office products.In addition, the following would be highly desirable:

    Proficiency in use of MS365 applications, including MS SharePoint & MS Teams.
    Data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel)
    API Q1 /Q2 experience.
    CQI Membership and Continued Professional Development compliance.
    Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification (process improvement focus).
