We're seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Tetbury, providing Stage 3 support across core subjects and pastoral needs.
Requirements
Experience: At least 30 days of experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.
Qualifications: No formal qualifications required - your dedication and experience are what matter most.
Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and progress of learners.
Enthusiasm: Positive energy and commitment to supporting education in a secondary school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support to Stage 3 learners in a secondary school setting.
Work flexibly across Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
No planning required - focus on direct support and engagement.
