Our clients very large and beautiful day nursery in South Reading are now seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader. Working either 4 days 35 hours or 4.5 days 40 hours, salary is up to £32,088 depending on hours and experience. With fantastic holiday benefits of 35 days including bank Holidays. On great transport links, and with onsite parking - paid for by the Nursery, and including Perkbox Goodies, could this be of interest.
What our Clients are looking for
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
* Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
* Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
* Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
* Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
* Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
* Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
