Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will manage multiple refurbishment and new build projects across the North West. You will review drawings confidently, interpret technical information accurately and turn that into clear delivery plans. You will create, update and monitor project programmes using MS Project, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, lead site meetings, manage client communication and keep a firm grip on health and safety, cost, quality and deadlines. The Project Manager will also identify risks early, solve problems quickly and keep projects moving in live environments where planning, communication and professionalism matter.
