This unique and recognised employer is seeking a Children Home Manager for their small specialist residential childcare setting in the Bedford area. The home is well established and has delivered exceptional outcomes for children and has an established staff team.
The Children Home Manager in Bedford will:
* Lead and manage this OFSTED registered service.
* Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary staff team to provide the highest standards of care and support.
The Children Home Manager will need:
* Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* Experience of holding registration for a Residential Childcare setting.
* Effective Leadership and Management skills.
