    Location: Cambridge (CB25)
    Duration: Permanent
    Hours: 9am - 5pm (flexible and hybrid options available)

    Polytec are looking for a customer focused Electronics Service Administrator to join our client based just north of Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to both internal teams and external customers. The position involves regular customer interaction, order and returns processing, and coordination with international logistics and warehouse partners. Occasional travel (up to 40%) to third-party warehouses and internal departments is required.

    Responsibilities

    - Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction
    - Act as a liaison for customer support activities including product availability, quotations, order processing, shipping and account queries
    - Support service engineers and management teams
    - Review and process orders, forms and customer requests
    - Coordinate shipments including documentation and shipping instructions
    - Manage logistics with customer-appointed freight forwarders and arrange collections
    - Liaise with warehouses across EMEA and global regions
    - Prepare documentation such as pro forma invoices and packing lists
    - Maintain accurate records within internal systems
    - Work closely with finance teams regarding customer account status
    - Handle customer queries via phone and email
    - Process returns (RMA) requests from dealers and distributors

    Requirements

    - Experience within the audio, electronics or related industry
    - Strong administrative and customer service skills
    - Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office-based in Cambridgeshire with up to 3 days remote working)
    - Willingness to travel as required
    - Right to work in the UK
