New clean Services is looking for a reliable and motivated part-time Office Assistant to join our team at head office.
Hours:
2–3 hours per day, Odd days, more hours Monday to Friday (flexible – can be adjusted to suit) Must be flexible
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can work independently and contribute positively to our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to be part of a collaborative team, get involved with all aspects of the business, warehouse, stock ordering, deliveries, machinery maintenance etc.
Key Requirements:
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, social media (looking to expand into)
* A positive, energetic attitude
* Willingness to contribute ideas and support business development and be part of the team and business.
