Home Manager

Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their established elderly care providers, in the search for a Home Manager based in North Wales.

This is a small, fully occupied residential care home, offering a stable environment and an excellent opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager looking to step into their first Home Manager position.

You will be responsible for:

* Managing the day-to-day running of the home

* Leading and developing the staff team

* Ensuring compliance with CIW standards and regulatory requirements

* Maintaining high standards of care and resident wellbeing

* Driving a positive and supportive culture within the home

To be considered for this role, you will need:

* Experience within residential care

* Previous experience at Deputy Manager level or above

* Strong understanding of CIW regulations

* Good leadership and communication skills

The role offers a salary of £40,000 per annum.
