Are you a dedicated, compassionate individual passionate about supporting students in overcoming behavioral challenges? We are currently seeking a versatile Behaviour Mentor to join our secondary schools in Grays, starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and help them achieve their full potential.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being among students. Your responsibilities will include working closely with students who may be struggling with behavioral issues, providing one-on-one support, and implementing strategies to encourage positive behavior in the classroom. Your expertise as a Behaviour Mentor will be essential in creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support to students exhibiting challenging behavior.
Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with teachers and other staff.
Foster positive relationships with students to build trust and encourage engagement.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Promote a culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience within the school community.
