Commercial Refurbishment | £65m Project | West End, London
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a £65m commercial refurbishment project located in the West End of London.
The Role
* Working on site alongside a Commercial Lead Managing commercial duties across the project lifecycle
* Taking ownership of procurement packages
* Supporting cost control, valuations, variations, and reporting
About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for Main Contractors
Strong refurbishment / cut & carve background preferred
Experience on projects £10m+ in value
Comfortable managing procurement and subcontract packages
Candidates from a developer background will also be considered
