The Role
In this Teaching Assistant position, you will play a key role in supporting classroom learning. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure students remain engaged and receive the guidance they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support lesson delivery across a range of subjects
Work with small groups and on a one-to-one basis
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement

Requirements:
Previous experience in a UK secondary school is essential
Experience working with young people in education
