    Senior / Principal Electronics Engineer - Contract (6 months)
    Power Electronics | Aerospace | South Wales | Outside IR35 | ASAP

    What you'll be doing

    Designing AC/DC and DC/DC converters end-to-end
    Developing and tuning control loops (PFC & DC/DC)
    Improving performance (PFC, THD, inrush)
    Designing magnetics (transformers, inductors)
    Handling EMC design and filtering
    Running simulations (LTspice or similar)
    Carrying out stability analysis and validation
    Supporting and guiding other engineersWhat you need

    Strong power electronics experience (AC/DC, DC/DC)
    Control loop and stability knowledge
    EMC design experience
    Experience in aerospace or regulated environments
    LTspice (or similar) + PCB tools (e.g. Altium)
