Hours: 37.5 hours per week. (Shifts between 8 am - 6 pm Monday – Friday, roughly one Saturday per month and one bank holiday per year).

Your Role Will Involve:
* Being the primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
* Managing existing accounts, providing sustainable repayment strategies, and resolving queries.
* Confidently supporting customers in vulnerable situations, offering tailored solutions (full training provided).
