* Managing refurbishment and fit out projects from start to completion
* Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Maintaining client relationships on-site
* Working away across the UK as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment / fit out
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced projects
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
* Willingness to work away during the week
Salary description
£45000.00 - £55000.00 per year
