The Role

Managing a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney
*
Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax and succession matters
*
Delivering clear, practical and sensitive advice tailored to individual client needs
*
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
*
Supporting the continued growth and development of the department
About You
*
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*
Demonstrable experience within private client law
*
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and client care skills
*
STEP qualification desirable but not essential
*
A proactive and collaborative approach to team working
