Working across six brands within the group, you'll play a key role in boosting brand visibility, driving engagement, and creating impactful content across multiple channels.

Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

🎯 Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and grow social media channels
Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content
Capture on-site content including case studies📧 Email Marketing & Copywriting
Plan and deliver email campaigns using Mailchimp
Maintain CRM databases
Write blogs, case studies, and marketing content🎥 Video Production & Editing
Produce and edit video content for digital platforms🌐 Website, SEO & Analytics
Manage and update WordPress and Shopify websites
Optimise content for SEO
Track performance using analytics tools🤝 Group Marketing Coordination
Ensure consistent branding across all AEL Group brandsAbout You
✔ At least 1 year of marketing experience
✔ Strong writing skills with a creative flair
✔ Experience using Canva (or similar tools)
✔ Confident in photography & video creation/editing
✔ Familiar with social media platforms
✔ Experience with WordPress and/or Shopify
✔ Basic understanding of SEO & analytics
✔ Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
✔ Comfortable managing multiple projects
Plus Bonus points if you have e-commerce experience!
