We’re excited to be partnering with them to recruit an ambitious Operations & Supply Chain Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading UK food and agriculture business in a true finance business partnering role, working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Agriculture teams to drive performance and insight.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in linking financial performance to operational strategy, helping the business make better, data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering weekly & monthly KPI reporting with clear variance analysis

* Providing insightful commentary to support operational decisions

* Supporting monthly management accounts & balance sheet reconciliations

* Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain & Agriculture

* Challenging budgets and forecasts, identifying risks & opportunities

* Acting as the link between finance and non-finance teams

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified or studying towards CIMA

* Experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or logistics

* Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills

* Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence

* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
