We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to join a well-established contractor on projects based in Harrow.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can lead from the front while remaining actively involved on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations
Managing trades and subcontractors
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Maintaining health & safety on site
Liaising with site management and clients as required
Carrying out hands-on duties when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Tradesperson
Strong background in construction
SSSTS or SMSTS
CSCS card
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and organise site activities efficiently
