Our client is a RC frame, groundwork & civil engineering subcontractor that delivers a wide range of specialist services across civil, infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors. Many of the projects that my client work on are prestigious across the U.K. Having known this business for many years, I’ve developed a strong relationship with the company and its directors and can go through how they work in detail.
About the Opportunity
Due to expanded growth we have been asked by our client to find a Contracts Manager for RC Frane projects across the South East. The successful Contracts Manager should be capable of delivering RC Frame packages with proven experience in doing so. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client.
About the requirements
* Proven track record of delivering RC Frame and Groundwork packages on time and within budget
* Engineering background
* The Contracts Manager should come from an RC Frame background
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in working as a Contracts Manager with a rival RC Frame and Groundwork contractor
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £110,000 – £130,000 per annum.
* Company vehicle and fuel card is provided
* All other package details can be discussed at interview (Bonuses etc..)
