We are recruiting for a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established service team. This role offers strong earning potential, varied work, and long-term stability. Engineers at all levels of experience will be considered.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary up to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Overtime and call-out required and paid at enhanced rates
Commission on sales leads generated from new customers introduced by you

Reactive service calls to refrigeration equipment
Installation work including chiller and freezer rooms, beer cellars, and remote shop display systems
Planned preventative maintenance
Reactive fault finding and repairs
Air conditioning installations
Preventative maintenanceOvertime & Call-Out
Participation in overtime and call-out rota is required
All overtime, weekends, bank holidays, and call-out are paid at enhanced ratesHoliday & Sickness
5.6 weeks holiday per year, including bank holidays
10 days paid sickness after 12 months' serviceRequirements
F-Gas certification is required
Experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning (all levels considered)
Strong fault-finding skills and a professional approachCOMMP
