Graduate Area Sales Manager

A market-leading £1 billion UK distribution group is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Graduate Area Sales Manager to join their growing team in Wednesbury. This role is ideal for a graduate with a minimum of 2 years' sales experience who is looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused B2B environment.

You'll be joining a leading super distributor of electrical products, part of a global group employing over 1,700 people across the UK. With consistent year-on-year growth and a strong reputation in the market, they are a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale sector and are committed to developing future leaders within the business.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Area Sales Manager, you will:

Proactively identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
Develop and grow strong relationships with existing accounts
Manage your own diary and plan customer visits effectively
Present products and tailored solutions confidently to a wide range of B2B customers
Work towards and exceed sales and profitability targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your area
Represent the business professionally in the fieldRewards

As a Graduate Area Sales Manager, you will receive:

A competitive salary between £30,000 - £36,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A degree in any discipline
A minimum of 2 years' sales experience (any sector considered)
A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong drive and ambition
The confidence to build relationships and win new business
Good commercial awareness and a desire to progress into senior sales leadership
Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
