🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to pupils with individual learning plans
Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with teachers and external professionals to monitor progress
Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and behaviour

Experience working with children with SEN (desirable)
