The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students stay engaged and on task.

Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
✅ Delivering pre-planned lessons and instructions
✅ Managing classroom behaviour effectively
✅ Supporting students with their learning
✅ Providing feedback to school staff

What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, tutoring)
✔ Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
✔ Flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
✔ A genuine interest in education

Requirements:
🔹 Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
🔹 Right to work in the UK
🔹 Two professional references
