The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Temp Desk)
You will:

Own and grow a 360 temp recruitment desk
Build relationships with schools, academies and MAT decision‑makers
Convert new opportunities into consistent temp revenue
Source, headhunt and interview candidates daily
Fill high‑volume, short‑notice temp bookings with pace and accuracy
Drive recruitment sales via cold calls, client visits and account development
Meet weekly KPIs and revenue targets
Work with compliance to clear candidates efficiently
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced in school holidays)

Experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant (education or any fast‑paced sector)
Proven track record running a 360 temp desk
