We're looking for an experienced Senior CNC Miller to join a busy machining team in a hands-on role with real variety and responsibility.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around CNC milling, enjoys getting stuck in, and is happy supporting others on the shop floor when needed.

What you'll be doing:

Setting, programming and operating CNC milling machines
Working with multi-axis machines, including 4th and 5th axis
Editing and managing programmes clearly and accurately
Supporting the day-to-day flow of work to help keep production on track
Using manual machines when required
Helping solve machining issues and improve processes
Supporting and guiding other team members
Stepping in for the Team Leader when needed
Keeping work to a high standard while following health and safety proceduresWhat we're looking for:

Good experience in CNC milling
Ability to set and programme machines confidently
Experience with multi-axis machining
Strong attention to detail and quality
A practical, organised approach to work
Someone reliable, proactive and happy to support the wider team
Heidenhain experience would be an advantageWhy apply?
