The Role You will run a 360 recruitment desk, working with candidates and clients. You’ll be trained to:

Source, screen and speak to candidates daily
Build new business using sales and communication techniques
Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates
Prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
Handle pressure, feedback and rejection positively
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours in school holidays)
