Are you organised, reliable and passionate about maintaining high standards? We're looking for a Stores Person to support our operations by ensuring all stock, deliveries and storage areas are managed safely, accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
As a Stores Person, you will:
Receive deliveries, check quality, verify delivery details and complete temperature checks to meet company standards.
Store all items in the correct designated areas, following effective stock rotation procedures.
Follow safe manual handling techniques and use trolleys and equipment as required.
Work in line with SLAs, following instructions from your line manager.
Provide a friendly, efficient service to clients, stakeholders and customers across all departments.
Complete all required documentation accurately to meet company and industry regulations.
Maintain clear and positive communication with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
Carry out general duties to ensure production areas and equipment meet Company standards.
Participate in any job‑related training to support your development.
Report all accidents and near misses in line with Health & Safety protocols.
Wear the correct uniform and PPE at all times.
Ensure preparation, production and presentation methods follow company procedures.
Adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH, Cook Chill and hygiene regulations.
Use equipment safely, reporting any faults immediately and removing unsafe items from use.
Attend safety awareness courses and staff safety forums as required.
Accurately complete all check sheets and operational documentation.
