How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Air Conditioning Engineer

    Mobile (London and Kent) you need to be 30 minutes from Dartford

    Salary up to £60,000

    We are looking for an experienced service engineer with strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, capable of servicing, maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality repairs efficiently and effectively.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    * Servicing, Repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems, including Splits, Multis, VRVs, and FCUs.

    * Working on both residential and commercial sites.

    * Occasionally working outside standard hours to ensure excellent customer service.

    Requirements

    * Be located within 15 miles of Dartford

    * Hold a valid full UK driving licence.

    * Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

    * Be an efficient multitasker with good IT skills.

    * Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

    * Be flexible, open to change, and trustworthy.

    Essential Qualifications

    * Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds.

    * Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar.

    * Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year (depending on experience)

    * Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available

    * Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
