Reporting to the Marketing Director youll manage the full product lifecycle-developing launching and optimising products in line with strategy budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product launches from concept to completion
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning
Support with brochures packaging and POS material
Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements
Provide product briefs training and demos
Monitor margins pricing and product performance
Handle sample coordination QC issues and NAV/web updates
Oversee range rationalisation and bespoke product development
Requirements
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Experience in a similar product management role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
