Multi-Trade Carpenter / Plumber

Location: Portsmouth and Surrounding areas

Hours: Standard working hours 8.30am to 5.00pm
Salary: Competitive rates, with additional benefitsJoin our Clients team as a Multi-Trade Carpenter / Plumber, where you will be instrumental in performing a variety of tasks in a reactive maintenance environment. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in both carpentry and plumbing, capable of managing multiple tasks independently while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Undertake all aspects of repairs and maintenance work according to your skill set, maintaining the required quality standards.
Assess work requirements upon arrival at the site and execute necessary tasks efficiently.
Communicate effectively with the Call Centre to receive job details and update service coordinators about the work required and actions taken.
Ensure adherence to the Company's safe working practices and safety procedures at all times.
Work independently, while also being willing to assist other trades as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Carpentry or Plumbing (or both) with additional trade skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Full UK driving licence.
Comfortable working at heights, using ladders or scaffold as necessary.Benefits:
