Static Plumber

Randstad C&P is working with a leading Facilities Management client who is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Plumber to their team of engineers. This is a static position carrying out work on a commercial site in Newcastle.

The Package:

Competitive salary up to £35,500 per annum, depending on experience
Core working hours Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Full-time and permanent opportunity

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance of existing installations in commercial premises
Responding to and completing the planned, reactive, and repair work orders
Inspection of drains and systems
Plumbing maintenance work
Using your initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders

Candidate Requirements:

Recognised apprenticeship ideally with 2-3 years experience in a similar role
Must hold an NVQ qualification or equivalent
Excellent communicator at all levels
Ability to work on own initiative
