    Mental Health & Substance Support Worker (18+) - Ad Hoc Shifts
    We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a service supporting adults (18+) with mental health needs, substance use, and alcohol?related challenges. This role involves managing challenging behaviours, though no physical risk is expected.
    Shift Patterns

    Day: 7:45am - 7:45pm
    Night: 7:45pm - 7:45amPay Rates

    Days: £12.60 per hour
    Nights: £13.00 per hourAbout the Role

    Supporting adults with mental health and substance misuse challenges
    Promoting independence and well being
    Managing and de?escalating challenging behaviours
    Maintaining accurate records and following service procedures
