We're recruiting a Sous Chef to join an established and highly regarded 4 star hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for their first Sous Chef role or a well established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading from the front. Your duties will include:

Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen services
Maintaining high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistency
Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Managing stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absenceWhat we're looking for
This role would suit an experienced Sous Chef or a Junior Sous looking for their first Sous Chef role, who thrives in a quality-focused environment.
