    Early Years Practitioner - Level 3
    Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
    Start Date:13/04/2026
    Daily Rate: £100 - £130 per day
    Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with the opportunity to become Permanent in September)
    Permanent Salary: £25,583 (Grade H3)

    We're working closely with a vibrant and nurturing school in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly setting that values teamwork, creativity, and the power of early education.

    Someone who can work well with the teamKey Responsibilities:

    Support teaching and learning activities planned by the Early Years Leader
    Work with groups or individual pupils, tailoring activities to meet their needs
    Observe, assess, and report on children's progress
    Provide social, emotional, and academic support to pupils, including those with additional needs or English as an additional language
    Assist in preparing and maintaining resources and displays
    Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
    Supervise pupils during class, break, lunchtime, and on trips when requiredEssential Skills & Qualifications:

    NVQ Level 3 or above in an approved Early Years/EYFS qualification
    Solid understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
    Basic First Aid knowledge (Paediatric First Aid preferred)
    Confident use of ICT to support learning
    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    Team player with a flexible and proactive attitudeThis role offers a temporary start with the view to transition to a permanent contract in September.
