Qualiteach Yorkshire are currently looking for an outstanding HLTA to cover sports/PE sessions at one of our local SEN schools.
The role will be working within a SEN school supporting students who have a range of needs including ASC, SEMH and other additional needs which can create a barrier to learning.
The school itself is easily accessible via car and public transport and has a fantastic reputation.
You will need to be able to quickly build rapport with young children who are often disengaged with education.
What you will need:
* A range of behaviour management techniques
* To have worked with learners with a range of needs
* The ability to re-engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
* To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time
* Worked with KS3/4 learners
