Role & Responsibilities

Work on the pre-planning stages of low-rise apartment and housing-led schemes
Prepare concept designs, feasibility studies, and planning drawings
Coordinate with consultants, planning authorities, and internal project teams
Contribute to design reviews, planning submissions, and supporting documentation
Manage allocated work packages and assist with overall project delivery
Develop towards taking responsibility for leading projects independently

Required Skills & Experience

ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience
Proven experience working on residential-led schemes at pre-planning stage
Strong design capability with good technical understanding
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider project team
Sound knowledge of UK planning processes and housing standards
Clear communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
