We are looking for a high-volume Recruiter to join our busy team and help grow our Temporary and Permanent worker division, managing rapid hiring for our Manufacturing, Engineering and Hospitality clients.

Salary: up to £30,000 pa + Bonus OTE - £8k pa + 34 Days Holiday

As a Recruiter you will:
* Source candidates and process applications for a broad range of roles.
* Conduct telephone and Teams screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations and outline the solutions offered by Workforce.
* Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal systems to advertise opportunities and accurately track applications through to completion.
* Collaborate across the business with our Sales, Digital Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure our candidates enjoy the best possible experience in their job-seeking journey.
* Work to targets in line with client demands to execute hiring requirements in a fast and efficient manner.

* Motivated to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to prompt referrals and recommendations.
* Committed to engaging with our digital Marketing team to drive innovative candidate sourcing strategies including the use of platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, CV databases to drive talent pooling and networking.
