Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning Delivery
* Deliver high‑quality teaching sessions across warehousing and logistics qualifications (including but not limited to: Warehouse Operative Level 2, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Employability Skills).
* Create engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments tailored to learner needs.
* Deliver training in person
* Support learners throughout their learning journey, providing guidance, feedback, and motivation.
Assessment & Quality Assurance
* Assess learner work in line with awarding body requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and achievement.
* Prepare learners for practical assessments and workplace expectations.
* Work collaboratively with IQAs and the Quality Team to maintain compliance and high delivery standards.
Learner Support
* Conduct initial assessments and identify additional learning needs.
* Provide pastoral support and encourage positive learner engagement.
* Work with the admin and employability teams to help learners progress into further training or employment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* AET Level 3 (or PTLLS) as a minimum.
* Level 2 or above qualification in Warehousing & Storage / Logistics (or substantial industry experience).
* Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., goods-in/out, stock control, pick/pack, FLT operations).
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to support diverse learners, including adult learners and those with barriers to learning.
