    Manufacturing Assembly Process Engineer - £27.30/hr (Umbrella Rate) (Ref: (phone number removed)) (Inside IR35)

    What You Will Do:

    Design, develop, and implement new or revised processes for assembling components and subassemblies, ensuring efficiency and quality.
    Apply Lean Manufacturing and Design principles to optimise assembly processes.
    Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure designs align with manufacturing build requirements, focusing on Design for Assembly (DFA).
    Develop and implement written processes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
    Analyse and ensure process capability, including the application of Dimensional Management techniques.
    Manage quality planning and analysis to meet Integrated Production System (IPS) deliverables.
    Support virtual and physical build events, addressing and resolving technical issues as they arise.
