Ability to work effectively with whole classes, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis, showcasing adaptability in teaching methods.
While a Level 2 to Level 3 qualification in Childcare is preferred, it is not essential, as we also value relevant experience and a commitment to professional development.
A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding for the welfare of the students.
