Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a number of mainstream Primary schools in Bedford seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
In this role, you will work closely with pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Global Developmental Delay, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop key social and communication skills within a supportive school environment.
We have both short-term and long-term oppurtunities available.

What's on offer
£95-£100 per day (PAYE)
Full-time, long-term and short-term work available

Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
The ideal candidate will
Have previous experience supporting children with SEN
Be patient, reliable and positive
Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
We welcome applicants with SEN experience from education or other relevant sectors, including care, youth work or support roles.
